  • Cubbing Season begins Saturday, August 30th; 7 am. Opening Cubbing Breakfast, kindly hosted by Steve and Nettie Glassman, at Holdfast Farm at 6 pm. Everyone please be on time--hounds will move off promptly at 7 am. Also, please review the Etiquette page on this site. Attire for the cubbing season is Ratcatcher (preferred) or polo shirt and britches/boots (no red shirts, please). There will be a third field for every meet.
  • Free Monday Cubbing! We cub on Labor Day, September 1st, at 7 am, and then on September 8th and 15th at 5 pm. Guests may cap for free on these days (and riding doesn't count toward their capping total limit). Would-be guests still need to get the approval of one of the Masters before they come out, however.
  • Landowners Breakfast is October 18th, 4:30 pm, kindly hosted by Tim and Vickie Shaw, at Thistledown Farm. This is an important way to thank our most gracious landowners, without whom we would not be able to hunt. Full member participation is needed.
  • Goshen's Formal Hunting Season begins Saturday, November 8th, at Tusculum Farm, kindly hosted by Michelle Freeman. Stirrup Cup begins at 11 am; Blessing of the Hounds and the Meet at 12 noon.
  • Goshen will host a Holiday Craft and Art Show on Saturday, November 15th. If you are interested in exhibiting, please contact Master Tom Pardoe.
  • Goshen's Junior Hunt Day happens Friday, November 28th, at Waredaca. All kids hunt free on this day, and all are welcome! Make sure any kids you host sign waivers. In order to accommodate all the kids, we discourage adult guests on this day.
